What is MacNes?
MacNes is a software house with an experienced team that uses AI to support its work. We design, build and run web platforms, mobile apps and AI tools. We also build products of our own: FarmSano, ActiveSano, PorTax and the upcoming SafeSano. We work with companies across the European Union.
Does AI write your software?
No. An experienced team designs and builds the software. AI is a tool that speeds up the repetitive parts of the work, but a person reviews and approves every change, and we answer for the quality.
Why does MacNes build its own products?
We want technology to take weight off people and leave them more time for themselves and their health. Each product turns part of manual work into a simple digital process, and we use what we learn from them in client projects.
Can you add AI to our existing system?
Yes. We start with one clear goal, such as smarter search, a form assistant or faster work with documents, with a fixed budget. We expand only when it brings results.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Web platforms, marketplaces, mobile apps, team panels and AI solutions, from a first version to a mature product. We also take over existing systems and make them stable.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. After a short workshop you get a written estimate split into stages, so you can start small. We also work on a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing development.
How soon will we see results?
You can try a first working version after two to three weeks, and a new one every two weeks after that.
Who owns the finished product?
You do. Once paid, the product and its documentation are yours, to develop with us or with anyone else.
Can you host and maintain the system?
Yes. We run your product on servers in the European Union, with monitoring, backups and security updates, under a maintenance agreement.
Will you take over an app built by someone else or with AI?
Yes. First we review it and report on its condition: what works, what needs fixing and what is urgent. Then we make the necessary fixes and take over its everyday care.
How do you protect data?
Each client's data is kept separate, stored in the European Union and available only to authorised people. We follow GDPR and collect only the data that is needed. For security reasons we do not publish the details of our safeguards.
Do you use AI responsibly?
Yes. AI gets only the data it needs, has a fixed budget, and anything that affects people or money is approved by a person.
